Purposes and legal basis of the processing

Nuova T.C.M. srl processes the personal data of third-party natural persons, in a fair, lawful and transparent manner, for the following purposes:

b) Fulfilment of its obligations under contracts relating to its business (processing necessary for the fulfilment of a contract to which the data subject is a party)

Data are processed by authorized internal staff and, on the Data Controller’s behalf, by other, external entities, formally designated as Data Processors, a list of whom may be requested.
